NEW PRODUCTS - R+F announced three new products at Convention! I love the continuous innovation and the way this company listens to feedback and delivers products its customers want! The biggest ticket is the new Radiant Defense Perfecting Liquid, a tinted SPF that protects your skin from environmental irritants, provides a barrier defense, and of course, provides photo defense from the sun’s rays. I'm so excited for something that's more professional, more streamlined, and more accessible! These tools are what makes it possible to build such a strong business without working 80 hours a week! This year they’ve continued the commitment to effective and accessible business tools by launching a brand new virtual platform to help share the R+F opportunity and train others who want to build their own residual income. BUSINESS TOOLS - One of the things that drew me to R+F in the first place is the suite of business and marketing tools they offer to make my side hustle simple. Recently, R+F has improved the diversity represented in the digital marketing assets they provide us, and at Convention, they put their money where their mouth is and announced a new skin-enhancing tinted sunscreen in six shades that will look beautiful on all skin, not just skin that looks like mine.We have more ground to cover but it’s encouraging to see R+F continue to embrace and promote diversity and inclusivity. What excited me most about this year’s Convention announcements was the focus on diversity and inclusion. DIVERSITY - I wrote and rewrote this at least five times because it’s a difficult one for me to articulate so, I’m just sticking to simple and honest. 
Here are the top four things that came out of our Convention that have me excited for my 7th year in business: The company’s annual convention took place this week, and while I couldn’t be there in person, I was able to participate on R+F’s virtual convention platform and experience the excitement, innovation, and training without missing work or family time.
I’ve made so many great friends and connections, made progress, made mistakes and had setbacks, and yet here I am, providing for my family in a way I never could with my day job alone.

In those six years, I’ve learned how to grow a sustainable income in abbreviated hours around my family and work life. It’s hard to believe I’ve been with Rodan + Fields for so long, but August marked my 6th anniversary with the company.
